Mail-in repairs depend on clear references, safe packaging and tracked movement both ways.

Before sending

  • Only send a device after receiving a confirmed booking reference.
  • Remove cases, chargers and accessories unless Tech2Fix specifically asks for them.
  • Include your booking reference inside the parcel.

Packaging guidance

  • Use protective packaging suitable for electronics.
  • Do not send a loose device in an envelope or thin mailer.
  • Use a tracked service and keep the tracking reference.

Return shipping

After diagnosis, repair or declined quote handling, Tech2Fix will return the device using the agreed tracked courier route.
