- Include your booking reference inside the parcel.

- Do not send a loose device in an envelope or thin mailer.
- Use a tracked service and keep the tracking reference.
Return shipping
After diagnosis, repair or declined quote handling, Tech2Fix will return the device using the agreed tracked courier route.
